These mainly affect the considerable number of people who live in the area. There is very little open space for the 9,000 residents, and no adequate site for a primary school. Many of the living and working conditions are also sub-standard by reason of high densities, obsolete buildings, poor street layout, and the intermixture of incompatible uses.
